States, Belarus and western Ukraine. A dry start, but soon cloudier

with outbreaks of rain, turning heavy at times for Slovakia, Hungary,
Slovenia and over the western Balkans. Some heavy showers over the
west for Romania and Bulgaria. A dry and sunny day for the Balearics,
while heavy showers are expected for Sardinia and Corsica along with
strong winds. Heavy showers or thunderstorms for Italy, clearing in
the evening, while Greece will see some heavy showers or thunderstorms
mostly in west. Sunny for Turkiey,
